Shield Blanks! -CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK-
If you've come to this site looking for Polyethelene shield Blanks you've come to the right place. I have been providing Shield blanks at low costs thanks to a local packaging company that brings in this type of foam. It's hit or miss on the poundage he has available because he never knows what will be used for the slip sheets. Email me for Availability.
As always I can do custom shapes or sizes but the pricing is different for them because I have to cut them out of full sheets and the foam poundage (density) depends on what my supplier has available.
For quick estimates:
Medium Rounds 28" diameter in 1.4-1.8lb-$10/Blank
Medium Rounds 28"diameter in 2-2.2lb-$25/Blank
Medium Rounds 28" diameter in 4lb-$40/Blank (extremely rare that these are available)
Shipping 1 package with up to 2 Medium rounds anywhere in the US in is normally around $17.

Cheep used belt for strapping-$5
Custom Leather Strapping of New Belt Grade Vegie tan Leather -$20
Plain Cloth (Target) Cover single color - $15
Appliqued Cloth (Target) Cover -$15 + $25/hr labor (will depend on the complexity of the design)
Completed Plastidip Shields up to Medium size start at $250 and go up depending upon the complexity of the design and # of colors.
